The house

The open-concept living room has an oversized sectional, Smart TV, windows and sliding doors, with French doors opening onto the lanai. A live-edge dining table provides space for shared meals. The kitchen includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a wine fridge, breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a range of small appliances.

The backyard has a private pool with a turtle mosaic, a mango tree, BBQ, putting green and basketball hoop. Indoors, a media room offers a projection screen, kitchenette and a deck for stargazing; there is also a pool table. Split air-conditioning units are provided throughout. Beach equipment includes chairs, towels, boogie boards, a cooler and an umbrella.

The primary bedroom has a workout area, walk-in closet, lanai access and Mokulua Island views. Its ensuite includes a jet tub, extra-large shower and dual vanity. Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite with a vintage clawfoot tub/shower and an optional separate entrance with direct backyard access. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with a shower. Guest Bedroom 5 has an ensuite with a walk-in shower. A half bath is located off the media room. Each bedroom has split air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a Smart TV.

A local cove is within walking distance, with Lanikai Beach a few minutes farther on foot. Kailua town offers boutiques and cafés; hiking, golf and watersports are a short drive away. The home is offered exclusively as a 30-day rental.
