House rules
The usual changeover day is Saturday, with possible flexibility in low season. Confirm dates in advance if they do not match the usual changeover day. The standard occupancy is 8 guests; guests 9 and 10 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. The property is self-catered. A group deposit of €200 per guest is payable by card up to two weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply.
Getting there
Praia de Santa Eulália and Praia da Oura are each 2.2 km away. The villa is described as a 5-minute drive from the beaches of Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa and Oura. Renting a car is not essential. Exact address is shared on enquiry.
