House rules
The villa accommodates up to four guests. Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30. A refundable deposit of 10,000 Turkish lira is required and is returned after checkout if no damage is found.

A minimarket and restaurant are 300 m away, Kalkan center is 800 m away, the sea/beach is 1 km away, and bus stops are 700 m away. The villa is described as being within walking distance of a market, restaurants and the center.
