The house

The house has a living-dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Its equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have two single beds and access to the terrace. The third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two bathrooms in total. A baby cot and high chair are available. Laundry equipment includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board; towels and a hair dryer are also provided.

The private chlorine pool measures 6 by 3 metres and has a depth of 0.8 to 1.6 metres. The surrounding terrace has five sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture, and there is a furnished porch.

The house is near the marina, the sandy coves of Sant Joan and the rocky coves of La Victoria. Caleta des Frares beach is 0.70 km away and Alcúdia is 2 km away. Puerto de Alcúdia offers water sports and shopping.
