The property has a private outdoor pool, a children's pool and an indoor heated pool. The indoor pool measures 3 m by 5 m and is 1 m deep; its temperature can be adjusted on request from 1 October to 30 April, while heating in other months is subject to a weekly fee. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The pool terrace is partially sheltered.

Internet connection is advertised.

The last 400 m of the approach is a steep uphill road. A mini-market is 300 m away, restaurants are 3 km away, the sea/beach is 4 km away and Kalkan center is 3 km away.

The outdoor pools are unavailable from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. Pets are not accepted. Ground heating is available for an additional fee.
