Refurbished in 2022, Villa Hadi extends over three levels between Kalafatis Bay and Kalo Livadi Beach. The levels can connect or provide greater privacy, with views of the sea in two directions.
The Main House has 280 m² of indoor space, including three master bedrooms with sea views and ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a furnished living room and an outdoor dining lounge. Three autonomous, fully equipped guest-house rooms sit on a slightly lower level below the Main House and overlook a small olive grove. The villa has six bedrooms and six bathrooms in total.
The infinity pool area overlooks the bays of Kalafatis and Kalo Livadi. Facilities include a private heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a basketball court and gym equipment.
