House rules
Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable from November 1 through April 30. A TRY 20,000 security deposit is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found. A one-time TRY 9,000 cleaning fee applies in addition to the rental price.

The sea/beach is 600 m away. A supermarket and restaurant are each 2 km away; Bodrum city centre is 22 km away and Bodrum Airport is 50 km away.
