The villa is 150 m from the beach. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Milano Marittima is about 650 m away, and Cervia is 3 km away.

The property is for lease only. The maximum occupancy is 10 people, including infants. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Up to two small animals are permitted.
