The smart-home villa accommodates up to 10 guests across three levels, with 174.7 sqm of indoor space. Level 1 covers 72.9 sqm and contains three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Level 2 covers 72.4 sqm and contains one double bedroom, an open-plan kitchen with dining, a living room and a bathroom. Level 3 covers 29.4 sqm and contains the master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Outside, a 60 sqm covered area provides dining, sitting and lounge spaces. The private swimming pool measures 8.0 × 3.7 m, with an advertised area of 30 sqm, alongside a 120 sqm pool deck. There is a 600 sqm private garden, a fully fenced private backyard, outdoor furniture, a patio or balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Covered parking accommodates two cars, and on-site parking is free.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, cookware, tableware, wine glasses, coffee and cooking basics. Central air conditioning, heating, a free in-unit washer, iron, drying rack, clothing storage, towels and bed linens are provided. Bathroom supplies include a hair dryer, cleaning products, shampoo, body soap, shower gel and hot water.

Entertainment includes a 55-inch HDTV with Netflix, books and reading material. Wi-Fi is advertised at 78 Mbps and verified by a speed test. A dedicated workspace is in a common space. Family equipment includes a crib, high chair, baby bath and children's dinnerware; babysitter recommendations are available. The villa has a private entrance and is five minutes from the port of Antiparos. Luggage drop-off is allowed for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are allowed.
