The house

The villa is furnished in rustic style with exposed stone walls and wooden beams. Its living area has sofas, a television and a dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, fridge and freezer. Wi-Fi, an iron, mosquito nets and a hairdryer are available.

Four bedrooms are distributed across both floors: two have a double bed each, one has a single bed, and one has a double bed and a single bed. The bed inventory comprises three queen-size beds and two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.

A surrounding patio provides a covered dining area and a relaxation area. The private swimming pool has sun loungers and an outdoor shower and is open from 1 May to 31 October.

Polizzi Generosa is a medieval village within Madonie Natural Park, with churches, convents, historic palaces, artisan shops and restaurants serving local products. Its hazelnut festival takes place in August with folk performances and popular music. Palermo Airport is less than 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
