The house is arranged over three floors. Its garden has a private chlorine pool measuring 12 × 5 m, with depths of 1.50–2.00 m, and a jacuzzi beside it. Outdoor facilities include four sunbeds, two sun loungers, two furnished porches for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a ping-pong table.

The living room has two sofas, a Smart TV and air conditioning, alongside a dining area. The kitchen has an induction cooker and cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available, and a cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor: one double bedroom with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two twin bedrooms with wardrobes, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A separate bathroom with a shower completes this floor. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom has a double bed, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and access to a small terrace with two hammocks. Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning.

Exterior parking accommodates three cars. Wines from the house's wine cellar can be purchased at an additional cost; the owner provides further information on arrival. Pollença town is 5 km away, and Platja d'Alcúdia is 8.2 km away.
