The villa is in the municipality of Nemi, 2.5 km from Genzano di Roma and about 30 km from Rome.

It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The villa is in a steep, hilly setting. The pool is reached by a flight of steps. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate. Nemi is 1.7 km away and Genzano di Roma is 2.5 km away. Rome is about 30 km away. The Tyrrhenian Sea beaches are 32–65 km away, including Torvaianica at 32 km, Anzio at 33 km, Lido di Latina at 49 km and Sabaudia at 65 km.

The villa is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Small and medium pets are welcome, with mandatory extra cleaning for animals.
