Villa Giro occupies a fenced 2,500-square-meter private plot and has 264 square meters of interior space across the ground and first floors. The villa includes a living and dining area, playroom, sun deck, private heated pool with hydromassage and salt electrolysis, covered outdoor dining area, outdoor shower and charcoal or wood barbecue. The living room has air conditioning, couches, a flat-screen TV and access to the pool area. The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker and dining table.
The playroom has billiards, darts, a TV and table soccer; a trampoline is next to the parking area. A first-floor laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
