The pool is about 50 metres from the house, reached by a tuff-paved path. It measures 9 x 17 metres, has a depth of 1 to 3 metres, a circular hydromassage area, Roman steps and a ladder. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October and has internal and external lighting.

The villa is in a hilly area. The property is about four kilometres from Castelfalfi, with an 800-metre unpaved access road. The pool is about 50 metres from the house and is reached by a tuff-paved path. Beaches at Castiglioncello or Tirrenia are about 60 kilometres away.

Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced in. The owner occasionally stays in an annex near the main house and maintains the garden and swimming pool on agreed days while respecting guests' privacy.
