House rules
The maximum occupancy is six guests, comprising five stated sleeping places plus one extra bed. Small dogs are accepted on request. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
Getting there
The villa is 10 minutes from central Noto. The beaches of Lido di Noto, Gelsomineto, Vendicari and San Lorenzo are 10, 13, 15 and 20 km away respectively. The property has 80 metres of unpaved access road. The main entrance is reached by 30 external steps; the lower level is reached by six steps from the parking area. Parking is limited to three cars.
