The house has a terrace overlooking the neighborhood, a barbecue, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The plot is fenced and has immediate neighbors. A basement leisure room contains a table-tennis table.
The living and dining areas share one space, with satellite television and music facilities. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. The laundry room contains a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and heating are available; there is no air conditioning. Three fans are provided in summer.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. A second bathroom with a bathtub is on the ground floor, and a third bathroom with a shower is in the basement. A cot and high chair are available on request. There is no swimming pool.
The garage provides free parking for one car. Son Serra de Marina has beach bars, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Can Picafort, with further supermarkets, restaurants and services, is a 10-minute drive away.
