Smoking and events are not permitted. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Ses Salines is 1.2 km away; Colònia de Sant Jordi beach is 4.3 km away. Colònia de Sant Jordi village is a few minutes’ drive away. Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita beaches are a few kilometres away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 40 km away; the bus stop on Carrer Maria Antònia Salvà in Ses Salines is 1.6 km away. The third bedroom is upstairs.
