The house has a spacious living and dining room with satellite TV and an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. A terrace laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Ducted air conditioning serves the whole house.

Two ground-floor bedrooms contain a double bed and two single beds respectively, and there are two ground-floor bathrooms with showers. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and windows facing the garden or countryside. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 m and ranges from 0.6 to 2.1 m deep. There is an outdoor shower, a terrace with a shaded pergola and barbecue, and a second terrace on the other side of the house. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are available.

Ses Salines is 1.2 km away, and Colònia de Sant Jordi beach is 4.3 km away. Colònia de Sant Jordi fishing village is a few minutes’ drive away. Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita beaches are a few kilometres away. Shops and other everyday services are available in Ses Salines and Campos.
