The house

The 240 m² villa overlooks the countryside and stands on a 1,700 m² property. Outdoors are a 10 × 4 m chlorine pool, eight sun loungers, an umbrella, a built-in barbecue and a furnished 30 m² terrace. There are 40 m² of paved outdoor space, 25 m² of lawn, an orchard and fruit trees.

The ground floor has one double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs are three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, plus two bathrooms with bathtubs; one is en suite to Bedroom 5. All bedrooms have fans, oil heating and wardrobes. A cot and high chair are available.

The living area has satellite television and a fireplace and connects to an air-conditioned dining room. The separate gas kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A laundry area in one bathroom has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.

Felanitx is 2.6 km away, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy and medical services. Porto Colom beach is 10 km away, and a wider selection of beaches and coves is within 15 km. Cycling routes are available in the surrounding area. Outdoor parking accommodates four cars; covered parking is also available.
