The property has a protected private outdoor saltwater pool measuring 9 m by 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m, a heated indoor pool measuring 5 m by 2 m with a depth of 1.15 m, and a shallow pool measuring 2.80 m by 2.80 m with a depth of 32 cm. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The indoor pool can be heated free of charge from 1 October to 30 April, to a maximum of 25–29°C; heating is available in other months for a weekly fee of 9,000 TL.
