What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and three beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Is the pool private?
Yes. The swimming pool is exclusively for your use during your stay and is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a garden, kitchen, TV, swimming pool and parking are included.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation or modification more than 14 days before arrival incurs a charge of 50% of the booking item amount. Cancellation or modification less than 14 days before arrival, or a no-show, incurs the full booking item amount. Payment of 100% of the booking item amount is required.
Where is Villa Gaia located?
Villa Gaia is in Pererenan, Bali. The exact address is provided after booking confirmation.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. Weekly housekeeping is typically provided for monthly rentals. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there special house rules?
Lock valuables in the safety deposit box. Events and outside visitors are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are permitted subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Confirm connection speed before booking if you have specific bandwidth requirements.
