How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use during the stay; it is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. Monthly rentals typically include weekly housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there any special house rules?
Events and outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included and is described as suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work. Specific bandwidth requirements should be confirmed before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged.
