The house

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Its living room has two single sofa beds, a dining table and a television. Five separate bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the three bathrooms have showers and bidets. There is also a laundry area.

A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace with a gazebo and an outdoor dining table. A second kitchen is indoors. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and mosquito net are available.

The garden includes a private pool, a barbecue area with a sink, and a solarium with sun loungers and sofas. The pool is open from April 1 to November 4.

The villa is approximately 60 km from Catania airport, a 10–15-minute drive from Syracuse and Floridia, and a 3-minute drive from the Syracuse Sud motorway exit. Regional outings include the beaches of Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche; Ortigia, with the Zefiro and Nettuno solariums and Cala Rossa free beach; and the beaches of Calamosche, Vendicari and San Lorenzo farther south. Cultural destinations include Syracuse’s Greek Theatre and archaeological park, the Ear of Dionysius, the Paolo Orsi museum, the Latomie dei Cappuccini, Noto, Avola’s seafront and tuna fishery, and Marzamemi.
