Volterra is about 3 km away. San Gimignano is about 33 km away, Pisa 65 km away and the Tyrrhenian coast is just over an hour away. The access roads are paved. Parking is outside the pedestrian gate, and a short gravel driveway leads to the villa. The pool is reached by six wooden steps. Beaches include Marina di Bibbona at 44 km and Marina di Cecina at 45 km.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Small-sized pets are permitted. The owners live in an adjoining villa, while the guest property is completely separate. The property is unfenced.
