# Villa Franca San Teodoro, Sassari, Italy (general area) ## About the house The villa accommodates nine guests and has a surrounding garden with three covered relaxation areas: one with sun loungers, one with a dining table, and one with an L-shaped sofa and coffee table. The living area has an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV cabinet. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine, moka pot and dining table. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer and air conditioning are available. The first bedroom is accessed from the kitchen and has a French double bed, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is upstairs, reached by a staircase from the living room, and has a queen-size bed, closet and ensuite shower bathroom. Three further bedrooms are reached from the living room, each with a queen-size bed and closet. Two additional bathrooms provide a double sink and bathtub, and a shower, respectively. San Teodoro offers coastal destinations including La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Girgolu and Capo Coda Cavallo. Its lagoon offers walking and birdwatching, with pink flamingos during migration periods. The surrounding area has nature trails of varying difficulty.
