Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30 because of weather conditions. A 5,000 TRY security deposit is required and is returned after departure if no damage is found.

The villa is on Fethiye's coastal road, approximately 50 meters from the coastal strip. The listing gives nearby distances of 3 km to the sea/beach, 2 km to the center, 750 m to a mini-market, 200 m to a restaurant, 750 m to a hospital or health center and 60 km to Dalaman Airport.
