Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. A 10,000 TRY deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.

The villa is in Kördere, Kalkan. A mini-market and restaurant are 3 km away, the beach is 7 km away, the bus stop is 6 km away and Kalkan centre is 6 km away. The access road is a concrete road; a steep approach is mentioned. Dalaman Airport is 125 km away and Antalya Airport is 225 km away.
