Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. There is no barbecue; outdoor fires and bringing personal barbecues are prohibited. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations, with booking details available in the Guest Area.

Beaches are a few kilometres away. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is approximately 4 km away by car.
