The villa is about 2 km from Barberino Val d’Elsa, 7 km from Poggibonsi and 34 km from Florence. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The parking area is reached through an automatic gate. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 129 km away.

The property is offered for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Extra cleaning for animals costs €50 per week or part of a week per animal. Heating is charged according to consumption.
