The villa is in the hills above Ancona. A paved road reaches the gate. The Sentiero degli Scogli Lunghi and Sentiero della Fonte lead approximately 1 km to Baffo Beach. Passetto Beach is 2 km away; Palombina Beach and Portonovo Beach are 10 km away. The property has internal parking and a covered garage.

The property is available for lease only. Small-sized pets are permitted. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The fireplaces are ornamental.
