The house

The villa comprises a central terraced building with sea views and an annex. The main building has an open-plan living area with a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, citrus juicer and oven. Kitchen equipment also includes a moka coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers are in the main building; the annex contains a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The three beds are queen-size.

Outside are a spacious garden, terraces furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, a private swimming pool, and a wood-fired oven with barbecue. The pool is open from 1 June to 15 September. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

Noto railway station is approximately 5.6 km away. Catania Airport is approximately 90 km away and Comiso Airport approximately 80 km away.
