The villa has a furnished 10.7 m² front porch, a 9 × 4 m saltwater pool, an outdoor shower, two sun loungers and two parasols. Outdoor spaces include a fixed barbecue, wood oven, 100 m² paved area, and a 35 m² lawn with a vegetable garden. There is a children's slide, and the grounds offer total privacy.

The living-dining room has a fireplace, air conditioning and satellite television.
