The property has a private outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool and a children's pool. The indoor pool can be heated free of charge from October 1 through April 30, with temperature adjustable up to 25–29°C; heating in other months costs 9,000 TRY per week. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30 because of weather conditions. Outdoor pool dimensions are 12 m long, 3.9 m wide and 1.5 m deep; indoor pool dimensions are 8.6 m long, 2.9 m wide and 1.4 m deep; children's pool dimensions are 2.45 m long, 1.2 m wide and 0.5 m deep.

Internet connection is provided.

The villa is in Bezirgan Village, approximately 15 km from Kalkan center. A mini-market is 2 km away, a restaurant is 13 km away and the sea/beach is 15 km away. The villa is approximately 14 km from the center. Dalaman Airport is 130 km away and Antalya Airport is 200 km away.

Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are unavailable from November 1 through April 30. Indoor-pool heating is free from October 1 through April 30 and costs 9,000 TRY per week in other months. Ground heating is available on request for 9,000 TRY per week; the indoor-pool area does not have ground heating. A 10,000 TRY security deposit is required and is returned after checkout if no damage is found.
