The house

The estate accommodates up to 20 guests and has expansive terraces overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The open-plan living area has vaulted ceilings, dark wood trim, contemporary art, tall windows and patio doors opening toward the pool terrace. A white grand piano and a separate open-air sitting area provide additional gathering spaces.

The formal dining room includes a bar and wall wine cooler. Multiple kitchens, a large island and open-air dining support indoor and outdoor meals. A gazebo contains outdoor living and dining areas, a BBQ and a pizza oven. The grounds include a garden path, oceanfront patio, shaded seating, loungers, a fire pit and covered lounge areas.

An infinity pool follows the cliffside terrace; outdoor facilities also include a saltwater pool and a hot tub facing the sea. Entertainment and wellness facilities include a pool table, a 12-seat home theater, a fitness room, sauna, and a DJ booth with bubble and smoke effects. Satellite or cable TV, smart TV, a dryer, safe and an elevator are available.

All ten bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, refrigerators and coffee machines. Six rooms have direct ocean views and private balconies; four interior apartment-style suites have private kitchenettes and social terraces. The primary bedroom has a private patio and outdoor shower access; its ensuite includes a freestanding tub and vanity, with a private hot tub on an adjacent planted deck. There are also two guest full bathrooms.

Housekeepers, a chef, butler, villa manager and security are included throughout the stay. Casa de Campo registration provides access to Minitas Beach, golf, tennis, equestrian activities, the shooting center, spa, fitness center, pool towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center. Separate resort fees apply.
