## About the house

The second-floor apartment accommodates up to eight guests and has contemporary rustic interiors with natural materials. The sitting room contains two double sofa beds and connects with a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a queen-size double bed; both bedrooms have French doors. There are two bathrooms.

The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards. Guests have access to the estate's heated swimming pool, open from 1 April to 31 October. Activities among the vineyards, opportunities to learn about production processes and guided wine tastings are available within the estate.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, television, satellite TV and mosquito nets.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 30 minutes away by car.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be requested upon arrival or a few days before arrival; the amount varies according to local regulations.
