House rules
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less processing fees; cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
