## About the house

The villa occupies a fenced plot with no direct neighbours. Terraces provide space for barbecues, with four sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The elevated private chlorine pool measures 6.50 × 4 metres and is 1.6 metres deep; it has no lights.

The living and dining room has wooden beams, natural-stone walls, air conditioning and a television. The kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Three ground-floor bedrooms each have a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. One ground-floor bedroom opens onto the garden and has space for an additional folding bed. A separate bathroom has a shower. The first-floor bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe, but no door.

Es Trenc is a protected coastal area with white sand and dunes. Campos has supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Colonia de Sant Jordi is 4.3 km away, with bicycle rental, coastal walks and boat trips to Cabrera Natural Park.

Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
