Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The indoor pool is not heated.

The villa is 15 km from Kalkan centre via the Üzümlü-Akbel road and 21 km via the bypass road. Patara Beach is 15 km away and Saklıkent is 20 km away. The property is in Çavdır village; part of the road to the villa is uphill. A mini-market, restaurant and hospital or health centre are each listed as 2.5 km away, the nearest bus stop as 4.5 km away, and the sea or beach as 13.5 km away.
