House rules
The maximum occupancy is six guests. Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30 because of weather conditions. A 10,000 TRY security deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.

The villa is in Kalkan's Ortaalan area. Kalkan centre and shopping venues are within walking distance. A mini-market and restaurant are 500 m away, the beach is 1.5 km away, the bus stop is 500 m away, and the hospital or health centre is 600 m away.
