The house

The 180 sq.m villa spans two levels, combining Cycladic architecture with minimalist interiors and open-plan living spaces. It accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and an upper-level lounge with a double sofa bed.

The main level has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, living area with direct access to the terrace and pool, and a guest WC. The attached guesthouse has a separate entrance, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, two master bedrooms each have a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and sea-view balcony, alongside a small living room with a double sofa bed.

Outdoor facilities include a private 25 sq.m swimming pool, Mediterranean gardens, multiple lounging areas, a covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor dining area, and a small private gym. Pool towels, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shower and changing room are available.

The villa is 100 metres from a secluded, unorganised beach with direct coastal access, and a short drive from Mykonos Town. Wi-Fi, parking and pet permission are available. Services include airport or port transfers, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, concierge, massage, fax and photocopy service, beauty treatments on request and a doctor upon request.
