## About the house

The villa combines stone and white traditional architecture with modern furnishings. Its two-level layout includes a poolside guest studio with a separate entrance, an ensuite bathroom and a sofa bed. An independent guest house has a queen-size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a shaded outdoor area with sunset views. Upstairs are a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and two queen-bed bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The property has five bathrooms overall.

The pool level has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast table, dining area, guest bathroom and a living room with a fireplace, TV and PlayStation. French doors open directly to the pool area. Outside are a private 25 m² swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun deck, sunbeds, deck chairs, a covered terrace, pergola-shaded seating, an outdoor dining table, a traditional barbecue and a landscaped garden. Private balcony and terrace spaces offer sea, garden, mountain and pool views.

Facilities include individually controlled air conditioning, central heating, free Wi-Fi, ADSL internet, satellite television, movie and sports channels, CD/DVD and stereo equipment, soundproof windows and a safe. Bath amenities, a hairdryer, beach and pool towels, coffee facilities, a refrigerator and ironing equipment are provided. Daily maid service, guest laundry, and wine and a fruit basket on arrival are offered.

Services include airport or port transfers, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance, boat trips, massage, beauty treatments on request and a doctor on request. A parking area is available and pets are allowed. An unorganized beach is a two-minute walk away; Mykonos Town is a ten-minute drive, Psarrou Beach a twelve-minute drive and Ornos Beach a five-minute drive.
