The property is in a rural setting just outside Fano. The access road is paved. Fano shops and services are 4 km away, Fano beaches are 6 km away, and the Fano train station and highways are 6 km away.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events, or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Heating is available at an additional charge of €60 per day.
