The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and accommodates families with children or three couples. The pool level contains the main entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, leading to two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both bedrooms have balcony doors opening to the pool.

An outdoor barbecue, dining and lounging areas, sunbeds and pool towels accompany the 55 m² private infinity pool. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. The sea is less than a three-minute walk away within the resort.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, squeezer and water boiler. A baby cot is available on request.

Daily housekeeping is complimentary. The estate has backup power generators, a private desalination system, 24/7 gate-access control and CCTV monitoring around its perimeter.
