## About the house

Villa Elpida stands at the edge of a private 10-villa estate in Agios Lazaros. Its white interiors and exteriors feature Mykonian decoration. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and accommodates families with children or three couples. The pool level contains the main entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, leading to two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both bedrooms have balcony doors opening to the pool.

An outdoor barbecue, dining and lounging areas, sunbeds and pool towels accompany the 55 m² private infinity pool. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. The sea is less than a three-minute walk away within the resort.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, squeezer and water boiler. Air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, safe, smart and flat-screen TVs, Netflix, movie and sport channels and a JBL waterproof speaker are available. A baby cot is available on request.

Daily housekeeping is complimentary. The estate has backup power generators, a private desalination system, 24/7 gate-access control and CCTV monitoring around its perimeter. Parking and free Wi-Fi are available, and pets are allowed. Concierge services are available on request for an extra charge; use of the private helipad and private jetty also incurs an extra charge. Other offered services include airport and port transfers, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, massage, beauty treatments on request and a doctor on request. Beach towels, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shower and changing room are also offered.
