The villa has six bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a living room, terraces, a private pool and garden. The pool area includes a children's pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, seating, a parasol and barbecue. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions.

The private pool is protected by a retractable curtain system and measures 5 m by 11 m, with a depth of 1.6 m. A separate children's pool and jacuzzi measure 2 m by 5 m and have a depth of 1 m. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions.

Internet connection is advertised.

The last 200 m of the road to the villa is a steep slope. A mini-market is 300 m away, restaurants are 3 km away, the sea/beach is 4 km away, Kalkan centre is 3 km away, and bus stops are 3 km away.

Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. A deposit of 10,000 Turkish lira is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found. The villa is next to Villa Pırlanta, Villa Zümrüt, Villa Everest and Villa Elisa.
