The private pool is in front of the villa, about 30 metres away across the lawn. It measures 6.5 × 14.5 m, has depths from 0.40 to 1.6 m, is chlorine-purified and has Roman steps. It is fenced, and solar panels warm the water by 2–3 degrees when conditions permit. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is advertised, with an external repeater covering part of the garden.

The villa is just outside Montecatini Terme, between Montecatini Terme and Lucca, near the Padule di Fucecchio protected wildlife area. Lucca is 20 km away, Montecatini Terme 10 km, Pisa 45 km and Florence 62 km. The A1 Chiesina Uzzanese exit is 5 km away, and paved access continues to the entrance gate. Viareggio is 40 km away and Tirrenia 50 km away.

The property is rented exclusively, so no other guests are present on site. Pets are allowed. The property itself is not fenced in, although the swimming pool and tennis court are fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
