The villa has living areas, a Tuscan-style kitchen, nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The 16-person version includes an exclusive apartment with a living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The property has a fenced-in 8,000 sq m lawn, a swimming pool, a private non-professional tennis court, a children's play area, table tennis and table football.

The pool is in front of the villa, about 30 m away across the lawn. It measures 6.5 x 14.5 m, with depths from 0.40 to 1.6 m. It is chlorine-purified, has Roman steps, lighting and a hot-and-cold-water shower. Solar panels can warm the water by 2 or 3 degrees when there is sufficient sun. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

The villa is just outside Montecatini Terme. Lucca is 20 km away, Florence 62 km, Pisa 45 km, and Viareggio on the Tyrrhenian Sea 40 km. The Altopascio railway station is 7 km away and the A1 motorway exit at Chiesina Uzzanese is 5 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is fenced and seasonal. Pets are allowed. The 16-person version includes an apartment reached by an external staircase.
