The house

The 250-square-metre villa occupies two levels in a south-facing, wind-sheltered setting above Kalo Livadi Bay. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with contemporary interiors using natural textures and neutral tones.

An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine. Air conditioning runs throughout, and high-speed internet is advertised. Netflix is available on the living-room and master-bedroom televisions.

Outdoor facilities include a private infinity pool, shaded dining space with a large table, additional lounging areas, a separate barbecue area and an outdoor bar. An outdoor cinema was completed in 2024.

Included services are concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen and towel changes every two days, pool maintenance and a security guard. Extra services include beach towels and, on request, airport or port transfers, beach sunbed and umbrella bookings, beauty treatments, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance, a doctor, fax and photocopy services, and massage.

Kalo Livadi Beach and nearby restaurants are a 3–5-minute drive away. Mykonos Town is approximately 15 minutes away.
