House rules
High-volume music in the garden and party events are not permitted. Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from 1 November through 30 April because of weather conditions.
Getting there
The villa is about 500 m from the sea and about 3 km from Yalıkavak Marina. The region's well-known beaches are about a five-minute drive away. A supermarket is 300 m away. Parking is available for two vehicles; one flight of stairs leads from the parking area down to the building entrance.
