Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable and emptied from 1 November through 30 April because of weather conditions.

The villa is in the Patara area of Kalkan. The sea/beach is 2 km away; a mini-market and the centre are each 700 m away, a restaurant is 600 m away, and a bus stop is 400 m away.
